Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

In Greek Artifact Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not pleased and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery confirmation date for further information. No returns will be accepted after a period of ten (10) days has elapsed from the delivery confirmation date.


You may return a product purchased from our Website in the following cases:

If you have mistakenly received a DIFFERENT product from what you have ordered due to an error on our part.

In this case, we will bear all shipping costs for the return of the product. We will make sure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible, and if the item is out of stock, the amount paid shall be refunded to you. The initial product should be returned in its original packaging and both the packaging and the item should be unmarked, undamaged and in a fully resalable condition.

If the return complies with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, you will receive a new product at no cost whatsoever. Rest assured that our Sales Department will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

If you have REGRETTED purchasing a specific item and you have not yet unsealed the packaging.

In case you regret your purchase at Greek Artifact Store, you can return the product within 10 days from the delivery confirmation date. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition without any markings or signs of use. Used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We offer store credit for all returns and you may exchange your item with a different product of the same or higher/lower price. If you wish to exchange the product you purchased with a more expensive one, you will be charged for the difference in price. If a return item is exchanged with a less expensive product, you will be issued a voucher with the remaining value to be used against further orders. If you would like to exchange an item for something else, but you are not sure what, we would be glad to issue a credit voucher for the entire value of the return item, which you could use for future purchases. Please note that in this case all shipping costs will be covered by you.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping/transit.

We do not refund shipping costs, custom taxes, or credit card fees.

Any return item that does not conform to the above terms & conditions will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
